Scavenger hunts are another cheap way to have fun. The weirder or crazier the items on the list, the more interesting it will be to obtain them. Just get your friends together and brainstorm.

I remember doing scavenger hunts with my friends when I was in high school. I would not recommend using the same lists that we did. They included things like street signs, manhole covers, and port-a-potty doors and seats. It’s a wonder we did not get arrested. But I’ll never forget it as long as I live. Seriously though, we were young and stupid, so don’t try any of those things.

When I was in high school, cell phones were only for elite businessmen. These days it’s possible to use cell phone cameras in a scavenger hunt. This is a much easier and more ethical option than stealing things. So keep this in mind.

Anyway, scavenger hunts are pretty easy to organize, so go out there and have fun!  I like I said before, don’t take things without permission.
